i've learnt quite a lot these days cos i was reading Rick Warren's teaching on the book of Romans!
curios means Lord. tats my ms display anw. ahha.
wad i've learnt the past few days. let me recall.
1. we are set apart by God to do his work.
a lot of tyms we're confused and dislike certian thigns abt ourselves. even our upbringing. however, be assured of God's plan. every small bit of ur life is planned by him carefully and detailedly, with a purpose. we are equipped by God to do his work.
Paul was a Pharisee. the most unlikely person to be a christian. yet God chose him.
Paul was Greek. Greek was the universal language at that tym. this enabled him to communciate with many people and share the gospel.
Paul was a Roman Catholic, one who is of status in the country and that gives him access to countries around the roman empire easily.

hmm. do you have anyone u noe who gets irritated, uptight or violent when u share abt God's love? if there is, tats good news!!! cos they are reacting! reacting simply means God has them under conviction. its better than those who dun care or are neutral abt it. often the ppl we see who r reacting are actually nearer to becoming a christian! if ppl gets mad at u at sharing the gospel. it means they care.

(: hooraye!
have just finish reading job,
& started on the book of psalms.
i've been reading psalms over so many tyms,
but whatever written never fails to awe me.
(: i see how david uses so lovely language,
how he describe his love for God,
how at tyms he express his pains as well.
and how he sing praises to God.
all these just increase my love for God.

- psalms 1.
the word says:
he is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields it's fruit in season
& whose leaf does not wither.
whatever he does prospers.
(: i've been reminded today,
that if whatever i do,
is according to His plans & ways,
it'll prosper!
i don't have to worry what if it doesnt?
unless i'm not following His plans.
but in The word it says that we'll prosper.
so,
even at tyms when we don't understand;
but we obey,
God will prosper what we've been doing.

1 john 3.
no love = death
if there's no love, jesus wouldnt have died for us. if he didnt die for us, we would all be going to hell!!
a simple fact, but yet, it reminds us of his profound love. =)

well basically i was reminded of a simple fact.
its frm 1 sam 7:3.
was reminded tht if i wanna return. or rather. commit to God with all my heart. i hav to love God so much tht the love for others is to the minimal and to wholeheartedly serve him only. and he will definately rain down his blessings. (:
to be led and obey God fully wld be the key here.
this. probably many knw.
bt who wld really constantly remind thyself of it?
who wld really constantly refine of thyself of tht?
really thkful of this reminder frm God. (:
and i will be fasting for the oncoming ex³! haha.
fasting on snacks. for me. its wld be things like twisties. potato chips. etc.
like those unhealthy and heatly stuff.
